450€ Payable in advance for up to 4 hours. Additional hours billable at the standard rate of 145€ per hour.

Personal Finance Assistance: Includes banking advice and the opening of a personal bank account, Carte Bleue credit card service and other basic banking needs.
450€ per hour payable in advance for up to 4 hours. Additional hours billable at the standard rate of 145€ per hour.

Complete Welcome Package: The full Welcome Package combines both the Utility Connection Service and the Personal Finance Assistance in one simple step and price plus a variety of other services. We can assist you in opening a French bank account and coordinate the activation of the utilities in your home or apartment, including cable TV, Internet, telephone, gas and electricity. We can provide you with a list of qualified moving and shipping providers, insurance companies and assist you in coordinating your move and placement of your homeowner’s insurance.
850€ Payable in advance for up to 8 hours. Additional hours billable at the standard rate of 145€ per /hour.

Representation at Copropriété Meetings: We will provide representation from our team to attend your annual (or other) copropriété (homeowner's association) meeting on your behalf. We will review and translate the meeting agenda and discuss with you the issues of concern/voting. This includes travel to and from the meeting, attendance and preparation of the summary of meeting.

Moving and Shipping Assistance: Whether you're moving to France or moving from France, we can help you select a mover/shipper from the quotes of three companies, including appointment arranging and follow-up with departure or arrival assistance, including the termination of your lease, utility and other contracts, returns of deposits, and a final walk-through.

Additional Services: We also provide other services such as replacement of locks and keys, coordination of rental property management providers, attend homeowner’s association meetings on your behalf and employ housekeeping services.

Special Note: All services are non-refundable. Fees may be paid by credit card in U.S. Dollars based on the rate of exchange at HIFX/Currency Online Convertor on the date of transaction. Fees for services in effect March 1, 2008.
